Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs, duties & taxes
Pour Maison ships internationally from our fulfillment center. For orders outside the country of origin, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We have no control over customs processing times, which may extend delivery beyond the estimates above.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at pourmaison01@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We do not consider an order lost until 20 business days have passed from the dispatch date.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pour Maison is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at pourmaison01@gmail.com — we can only amend addresses before the order is dispatched.

One small note — when the brand grows, moving to a custom domain email like hello@pourmaison.com will look significantly more professional than a Gmail address, especially for a premium positioning. Easy to set up through Google Workspace for about $6/month.
